U2 battery handle needs rounding?

We've had a customer ask about making the U2 handle more rounded to make it more comfortable for carrying longer distance.

This might be possible but will require significant retooling costs so is not being prioritised right now.

Are there any carry/storage bags for the Momentum U2?

We bought a long shaft U2 with an EZraft 330 from Electric Outboard and we just love it, we've had so much fun with it and the kids.

I remember some carry bags were mentioned as being available soon, is there any update on that as we're wrapping the motor in towels and the moment which seems a bit rubbish!

Bay Cruiser models with electric power

We have a Bay Cruiser 26 local to us here in Lymington with a fully electric setup and we will be looking to bring some details around that ePropulsion Navy 6 installation and how it has worked out shortly!

We shall also have some data shortly on teh Bay Cruiser 23 using the Momentum U2 ultra portable and light weight motor that has been specially adapted to an Extra Short shaft so it fits perfectly in the well. We took 45mm off the standard short shaft to make this work and this XS U2 motor will almost certainly find a home on other traditional style boats with inboard wells.

Looking at the EZraft range - any advice on which electric motor to use?

I've currently got an old Waveline 270 with slatted floor and it weighs a ton. My old petrol outboard is also getting less and less reliable so I am looking for a new package that must be light, easy to set up and pack away and a decently powerful motor.

The EZraft appears to be super light, is it robust and actually any good?
